      Pros

      Great first job out of college for some. It is a good learning experience if you can deal with the erratic owners.

      Cons

      The owners are husband and wife and do not communicate. One of them will give you one direction and the other will give you the opposite direction, then both of them will be upset with the product you make. The husband is very demeaning and unprofessional. He is very aggressive and easily triggered. He does not see employees' concerns to be important.

      Pros

      Creative environment and employees are fun.

      Cons

      Owner has unreachable expectations and pays very little. They pay models nothing and expect to have a steady brand but have a high turnover rate because no one wants to stay. The president of the company is a bully when he doesn't think you are doing enough. The owners won't fund any type of photoshoot and the photographer is spread very thin with finding locations as well as models and keeping up with online orders.
