Pros
By nature of LiT Strategy being a boutique consulting firm, junior analysts essentially take on the responsibilities of project managers in order larger firms; you will take on an average of 3-4 clients during your tenure and have plenty of opportunities for client engagement, presenting to stakeholders, conducting market research and for some clients: doing everything under the sun. Expect to be in an environment where you not only play a part in issue diagnosis and generating recommendations, but sometimes conducting implementation work.
Cons
By nature of interns taking on a large number of clients (often at the same time), there are little opportunities for proper mentorship and training. As far as I am aware there is a training program in place but it is not conducted in a consistent schedule. Project Management tends to be capricious in decision-making and in deliverables; my suggestion to incoming/potential applicants is to prepare multiple versions of work and back up past revisions to avoid headache.
