Easy to be "terminated" without any valid reason. - Administrative Assistant Ley Choon Group Employee Review

Worked so hard in the company and one morning got called up by HR to the discussion room and was informed that my service was no longer needed. In the letter it was stated as immediate termination. I asked for a written valid reason but they couldn't provide me with one. HR said they would take it as "I have resigned" but clearly I DID NOT. I was forced to resign. This decision was made by the HOD. Something is not right somewhere. I believe this is not the first time they did this to the employees. Bad management for tolerating this and lack of help from HR.
