      Pay is ok and 2 days work from home

      Cons

      Top down expectation is too much and did not reflect of the realities of the abilities of the employees. OT till 2am and need to do attend meeting in UK at 11pm.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      Be prepared to survive frequent layoffs.
