      En Argentina particularmente, no hay una buena relación salarial. Debido a medidas de reducción de personal por COVID, se redujeron equipos de trabajo y quedó una carga laboral sustancial.

      Pros

      Interesting work and competent engineers. The office is casual and everyone is very friendly. Management is generally competent and reasonable. Very lax in terms of work-life balance, Lexmark generally trusts their engineers to get tasks completed but don't need you to be there 9-5 M-F.

      Cons

      Be prepared to survive frequent layoffs.
