Pros
I loooove the Lexmark working environment. By far, it is the best. I stayed there for 5 years, and it was one of the best employers in terms of growth and benefits in our country.
Cons
Upper management in the US made some bad decisions that has took a toll on current business. Some undeserving people were kept for a longer time than necessary, which have cost the company thousands. They are toooo good for their own good.
