I worked fast and hard better than most and didn’t get a nod but a lay off in the disguise of a firing so they wouldn’t have to pay me and 13 more drivers workman comp

Laid off drivers just before Christmas. They didn’t even call it laying people off. They made each driver that came in operate a truck on a fixed system so each and everyone of us could not pass. It was intentional firing so they wouldn’t have to pay workman’s comp. Many of us drivers were from out of state and had to find our own way home. Deceitful manager. As we were all told to leave even the girls doing paperwork were scared of the manager who was on a rant rage.
