Several large divisions - opportunity to move laterally Bonus tied to overall P&L as well as sub-division P&L which is not always a good thing, since CEO decides which divisions get investment to grow revenues and profits
Cons
Lack of vision; investment in people (HR is a joke); promotions are hard to come by despite stellar year on year performance
