Pros

I believe how executives and employees treat administrative personnel is a solid indicator of company culture, and I am treated as a colleague/contributor. I have a voice, even in areas outside my wheelhouse. Cross-departmental exposure is encouraged and challenging work keeps me engaged. The merger with Praetorian Digital (PoliceOne, FireRescue1, etc.) breathed new life into the company. It's fast-paced and has exciting new opportunities, daily and long term. As a full-time working mom, I appreciate the work life balance and I'm proud to tell my kids what our company does. Lexipol is a true work family experience, even with remote workers. Grateful to work with intelligent, passionate colleagues who truly care about our mission to protect the protectors. Is this a challenging job with not enough hours in the day? Yes...but I love it.

Looking forward to improved expense/travel connected systems and related processes.

Pros

The people you work with are mission driven. Truly helping first responders.

Cons

1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.
