Okay - Business Development Lexington Soft Employee Review

I'm writing this review based on my experience working with Lexington Soft. I had to work with a completely clueless, senseless, egoistic and incompetent bdm, Who lacks basic knowledge and common sense, and is an extremely micromanaging manager. Despite the company offering work-from-home, she expects to work next to her at her home just so she could shadow. She demands that everyone (except management team) come to the office on time, even though she and her so-called management team never show up before 12 PM on work-from-office days, even though office hours start at 9:30 AM. They act superior simply because they hold management positions, which is laughable. They're just mellow down in the company, misleading the MD with false information to keep him in the dark. The manager and the MD show no concerns for the well-being of their colleagues. They even terminated an employee just because he took a few days of sick leave. Beware before joining this company, their policies are senseless. Potential candidates should beware before joining this company, as its norms are unreasonable. There is no professional growth or meaningful knowledge to be gained here. and the Managing Director blindly trust despite her incompetence. Adding to the absurdity, the company’s contract HR is a complete anomaly—he seems like someone who belongs on another planet. He exudes confidence but possesses absolutely no knowledge or common sense. If you're an empty vessel who can make a lot of noise, this company is perfect and one stop for you. Oblivious to their flaws, continues to believe in them simply because the business somehow manages to function by chance.
