-Management could care less about employees. They like to remind you that they collect the big checks and you are replaceable. No desire to cross train or to promote from within, unless, of course, you are related to someone in management. -After 2 years there, only a 24¢ raise was issued. Bonus went from $250 to $50. -Their health insurance is very expensive and low quality. $300 per paycheck for single coverage with a $1500 deductible. -High turnover!
