Based on what I've experienced so far, nothing! Unless you count the couple of decent coworkers I work with, there isn't anything to like about this company!

Working at Lexicon has been the most exhausting, frustrating, and soul-sucking experience I have ever had! The work here is fast-paced and repetitive; you're working for long hours with barely any breaks, and management doesn't even bother to provide you with support. The pay is abysmal as well! The salary I receive is far below industry standards, and doesn't reflect the amount of work I was expected to do at all! The company didn't even provide employees with performance-based bonuses or opportunities to advance, so trying to exceed expectations got you nowhere!
