Pros

I like the working environment and Swedish culture here. It is full of challenges as a start-up. The colleagues here are very friendly and helpful. I can always speak with the founder.

Cons

sometimes it is too fast and too dynamic.

Pros

Free can drinks and no after-work stress

Cons

Welcome to the dream job for anyone who loves being stuck in a career dead zone. Why grow when you can hold a title and avoid any real challenges? The real entertainment here is the gossip—everyone’s got an opinion on you, no matter what you’ve done. The real game is politics, and this company management excels at it. Performance is judged not by your work, but by the whispers behind your back. Watch out for the venomous snakes lurking behind closed doors. And if you're a guy with good looks, congratulations! You’ve just found your new career strategy. You'll figure out why that works pretty quickly. As for the rest of the staff, 90% of them are way behind in skill compared to the real world, but who needs talent when you’ve mastered the art of politics and gossip. Everyone seems to be taking advantage of the founder's kindness, using it to avoid responsibility and push their own agendas without any real accountability. If you’re looking to build a career, I suggest you find literally anywhere else. But if you’re just here for the gossip and to look busy, this place is absolutely your perfect home.

Pros

The only pro you will find here are the free flowing canned drinks in the pantry.

Cons

- management sees people as replaceable assets (their own words) - management is really just one person (founder) who makes all the decisions and micromanages down to the smallest level - Toxic work environment where politics and gossip is passed around every day - no flexibility (despite what they may say to you during interviews) as work is 9am to 6pm and no WFH is available under any circumstances.
