Okay job but low pay - Editor Lexcode Employee Review

Working remotely Mon-Fri with weekends off.

Contract not extended beyond a year

Professional colleagues, lots of free training, exposure to exclusive academic journals and studies, high expectations (which is a good thing for career growth)

Given the high expectations for every submission (this is a research editing job after all), the pay can be really low. The pay may appear OK at the start, but then when you get to the project you realize that the work can be too tedious compared to the pay.
