Great Environment to work in. Selection Procedure is simple if you are well prepared, they test how simply you can explain complicated things, in an Interview. Entrance test include Aptitude and Technical Knowledge from one graduation field. Nice place to start ones career.
Cons
One needs to improvise a lot because of the technical nature of client requests, but its fun to learn

You will learn a lot of what not to do's..
Cons
Where do I start.. let's make a short list:
1. Employees get fired all the time with no good reason.
2. Full n Final settlements are rarely processed on time.
3. bonuses, compensation and appraisal metrics can change at any given time and without notice.
4. The company has no direction. Products and processes can change every week with the whims and fancies of promoters. the whole focus is on buying talent rather than developing anything in house.
5. Top brass has no core industry experience and it shows.
6. Plenty of shady practices are routine - you'll see people who dont work here listed on linkedin as being employees.. and then you'll also see people physically working who are not supposed to be working here.
7. even the company name is a fluid concept.. sometimes it is geiper, sometimes lexinnova, sometimes its li consulting..
8. processes and measurements have been taken to the extreme.. they are obsessed with becoming a BPO.
9. esops are offered but there exists no documentation or grant documents that certify that you have a share.. so no legitimacy.. plus there seems to be no visible point in time when those will be worth anything at all..
10. banned from at least one IIT for delaying or canceling campus offers.
there you have it. an honest review... not like any of these other reviews that obviously have the HR's pawprints all over them.
