      Pros

      Good career advancement for personal however didn't seen companies grow. No workload and very relax life.

      Cons

      Basic salary lower than others. No bonus and even increment. (except for those supervisor) People always chit chat at the back and there is always intrigue around. Company with no SOP and double standard to different group and staff.

      Pros

      Not many things to do. Even the managers browse Facebook, look at personal stuff, and do online shopping during work hours. IT is one of the slackest ever and will never admit it IT's fault for screwing up.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, gossip, and backstabbing. values boot-licking more than actual contribution. bosses and managers encourage boot-licking. no 13th month as they claim they are a "modern company" and don't practice 13th month
