      Pros

      Good health insurance benefits for staff.

      Cons

      Residents are brutal to staff and management does not have your back. Lots of turnover and always short staffed. They will make you go to other properties to cover even if you don’t want to. Horrible employee discount.

      Pros

      Of course you can find the ins and outs of this company and find yourself frustrated by certain aspects but in my experience, I’ve been fortunate to work for LMC and have a fantastic career. I love my team, our communication and other collaborations.

      Cons

      The only downside I will say to this company is the salary. I wish it was more but I’m just at a point where I am grateful to be apart of an amazing team!

      Very good compensation and sense of community.

      Cons

      The worst micro management I have ever experienced in any job. Pricing changes almost every day and they actively charge higher rent than other competitors.
