Good compensation but extreme micromanagement issues - Portfolio Leasing Consultant Lewis Management Employee Review

Of course you can find the ins and outs of this company and find yourself frustrated by certain aspects but in my experience, I’ve been fortunate to work for LMC and have a fantastic career. I love my team, our communication and other collaborations.

The only downside I will say to this company is the salary. I wish it was more but I’m just at a point where I am grateful to be apart of an amazing team!

Having 1 remote day a week is always a pro. Company parties on holidays and events throughout the year.

Being overworked, undervalued, underpaid. They don't pay their employees who have been dedicated to the company for years livable wages. Annual "raises" are not enough to outweigh inflation and rising cost of living, especially in Southern California.
