Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments. I deeply appreciate your positive feedback and will try to reinforce the things that you feel we are doing well. In regard to your criticism, I feel that your perspective might be a little extreme. We try to offer training and development programs in line with the type of individual that we most commonly recruit for our Technology business, which are very experienced technology professionals. Our approach is not perfect for everyone, however, I feel that our exceptional employee retention rate and the positive work environment are testament to the quality of our training, and contribute to the unprecedented growth that we have seen in both our technology hardware and services teams. I am personally, deeply committed to ensuring that all constituencies regardless of gender, or other factors, are recruited fairly, managed professionally, treated respectfully, and graded on their contribution to our success.
