Constant mix messages/instructions with managers/supervisors; very, very rude managers/supervisors (this is their first time handling concerts and hockey; they are a 'bit' overwhelmed and it shows; especially during mass hirings and Xmas, which was a disaster); inconsistency with employee policies; lack of courtesies/cultural sensitivity training with managers/supervisors/upper level management.
