      Pros

      It was okay, Jim M. was super cool. People were hard to change. Eric V. was super cool as well.

      Cons

      Lots of work, not enough staff to do it. tons of new thoughts and ideas without really paying attention to technical SEO.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
