The hiring process is thorough because of the competition, a lot of engineers see this position as a great opportunity. The company is big on education and once you're hired you can see they invest so much on teaching you their proven ways of success. There's a positive collective mindset that makes you feel like the work you do is important and are part of an encouraging and helpful team. Fast paced environment with lots of new exciting projects, Management guides you through prioritizing tasks and is always available to help. Been at a couple different companies and this is the best on the job training I've personally received. The company also respects and encourages a work-life balance. Great place to work.
