      The Location is an easy commute. The benifits are comparable , the people are friendly and easy to work with. There is a lot of potential for the division

      Cons

      The division is controlled as an individual entity and has been very profitable. Some of the short sited view on the bottom line hinders the effectiveness.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
