      Pros

      Good people, great CEO (Don Hendler) that really cares about employees, strong history and legacy, decent salaries and benefits, good product set (that seems to be getting stronger yet over time)

      Cons

      Very controlling division managers (GMs) at times, a bit of intercompany politics (within a division), not a strong brand name--might not stand out that much on your resume, a bit conservative in their investments at times

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
