      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, smaller private company that is family run so they employees tend to get along well. Good for someone looking to have a steady 9-5.

      Cons

      Poor pay, HR seems somewhat disorganized, the relaxed atmosphere and disconnects between business units lends to a lot of organizational misalignment confusion...not a place to rapidly advance a career

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
