      Privately held company with 100+ years in production/ manufacturing industry. People generally get along.

      Cons

      Politics, politics, politics. Low pay and raised. Forget about your family if in middle and upper management.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
