      The people are great. The hours are 9-5. It's a family company and family is encouraged.

      The pay. Limited upward mobility depending on department and boss.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
