      -bright minds and interesting people -private company -good stepping stone to more desirable positions at different companies -possibility to get a taste of many business aspects/ office politics

      Cons

      -departments very disjointed -product flow and development controlled by single group, product managers -HR interactions and communication -occasional interference from corporate controllers -fast and loose with labor laws.

      Pros

      Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

      Cons

      Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
