I wish it could be better - Bookkeeper Levin & Associates Employee Review

I wish I could say there was pros, but unfortunately there are not.

Unclear expectations, lack of mentorship or training, inconsistent communication, vague task assignments, emotionally tense work environment, owner frequently unavailable during work hours, no support for housing issues, unsanitary housing conditions (e.g., rodent droppings in kitchen cabinets), misleading impression of company size and structure, no team collaboration in my field, high turnover, unrealistic performance expectations for an intern, limited opportunities for learning or growth.
