Pros
I honestly cannot think of any pros to working here. Sometimes they manage to trick some really smart people in to working for them so I suppose the chance to meet those people is a pro although they typically don't stick around long once they realize that all the promises made to them will not be followed through on.
Cons
Too many to list but here are few. - Disorganized. - No business plan to speak of. - No actual budgets. - CEO is a pathological liar. - Existing / Less technical / less smart employees have giant egos and are hard to work with. - Lots of promises of bonuses that never actually come. - They will give you tons of options that are basically worthless. - Tons of politics and drama especially for a company with less than 20 employees. - Zero career growth / No career path. - They do not provide you with the tools you need to do your job. They actually encourage software piracy over legitimate licenses. That or just make due with free / open source tools. - No training or other learning opportunities. - No direction. - No actual HR department - No actual IT department - They constantly change health benefit providers making it difficult on the employees.
