      - Pay was good - Great benefits - Lot of good people to work with - Give back to community through service days - Brand recognition

      Cons

      - Lack of good communication from upper management - Has changed into a revolving door with rapid turnover - Lack of honest communication from upper management (I actually experienced blatant dishonesty) - Frequent changes in focus and vision
