Pros

Team members have been at Levi for a very long time. You can trust them to perform excellent work, and at the same time enjoy each other's company. Company is committed to its employees and doing the right thing. There are monthly town hall meetings where the CEO provides an opportunity for employees to ask questions about the business and address their concerns, which help improve the company. Getting discounts on apparel and sample sales are a huge plus, and almost everyone in the office is living in Levi's (or a Levi brand such as Dockers or Beyond Yoga). You'll have the opportunity to interact with various stakeholders within the organization. People will rely on you as a trusted tax advisor and your efforts will be rewarded or at least recognized. LS&Co. is also very big on career development. In the past, there were mentorship programs and data science bootcamps to help upskill employees.

Cons

Currently, most if not all apparel companies are experiencing headwinds in consumer purchases. Levi is no exception. As such, there has been a major drive in the past few years to cut costs and lay off people. Teams are constantly getting leaner to the point that there is nobody else to cut without materially affecting the organization.
