Pros
The people I work with on a daily basis are almost more friends than they are co-workers. Almost everyone is pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable and fair.
Cons
As with most American companies recently, the number of lay-offs and terminations have left a lot of work for those of us left. 50-hour weeks and weekend work are not out of the ordinary. Do more with less seems to be the motto.
