Cons
-There's a lot of statistics and such that must be obsessively tracked by stylists. The sales goals are clearly intended for stores in less economically depressed areas. -Rigorously followed anti-employee-theft procedures are off-putting. -Different managers have different standards as far as neatness, which can make closing bewildering.
