Above average benefits, great pay! Great staff that cares about the company and their peers. Most organizations are quite flexible with flexible working arrangements as long as you don't drop below the expected minimum number of hours.
Cons
60+ hour weeks are expected, of both management and staff. Lack of consistency in many many things, which is frustrating to staff and leadership alike.
