Socially, environmentally and community conscious company! Amazing Discount! Creative and Fun employee gatherings... Great Perks depending on what team you on. You get almost every holiday off!
Cons
They hardly ever hire anyone. A large portion of employees are contractors (1 year contract than have to leave for 3 months before you can come back) They expect contractors to take on roles as if they were employees. A lot of your experience there depends on your position and the department you work for, only some have growth potential. There is a lot of back and forth between teams not very productive environment. Typical retail woes...
