Pros
People, Culture, Benefits/Perks. You get a lot of free incentives (each month if you beat goals) and it was a fun environment to work in. Best work culture for a retail store you probably could find. Levi's is SUPER inclusive, the red tab program is great and they make even being a stylist fun everyday.
Cons
Upper management can be a hit or miss. I found there was a lot of shady things going on that head office caught wind of and fired a bunch of managers at one point, the company seems to make decisions that can be dumb operationally but overall its pretty tame to other companies in comparison.
