HR is always protecting the company, but never the employees, acting like co-founder's layer. Not a good place for career growth, because of the obvious lack of process and structure of work, which leads to mediocre and unsustainable results. Actually there's no process of work only work that turns meaningful, due to rapid direction changes and poor management decision. lack of any respect and treatment for workers (at least in design department). Inadequate and inexperienced leadership, lack of empathetic approach, unclear guidelines and directions of work, which is actually due to the lack of long-term strategy and chasing results without any planning on the part of the management.
