Pros
I started my career at Levelset and came in with minimal knowledge of sales. Since then, I am very proud to see how I have grown thanks to the tremendous amount of support the team has given me. It starts with leadership. The CEO and VP of Sales are well thought out and make it a point to mentor anyone in the organization that raises their hand. There is a continual investment in your career here. Trainings are conducted weekly and the company isn't afraid to bring in outside consultants for advanced sales techniques. The sales managers themselves all have impressive backgrounds and provide an ample amount of sales knowhow. While selling to construction companies can be difficult at times, the customers love Levelset, which makes it easy to sell. I've been lucky enough to collect hundreds of stories about ways that our customers succeeded with Levelset. Knowing that you are making a real difference in your customers' lives helps to break off some of the tedious work that is involved in sales.
Cons
There were some difficult decisions made due to COVID-19, but I do not believe any of the reviews from last week are characteristic of what working at Levelset is really like. The company's focus on the past few years has been to increase headcount. Resources can spread thin at times and it takes a lot of effort to consistently produce.
