      Pros

      I love that they have corporate structure with Stand Operating Procedures and extensive employee handbook for guidance. I worked previously for two store door that had no structure. The support staff when visited Allen and Ryan were always very polite and friendly and gave me tips and suggestions to help with store items and personal growth. I been other places where people walk pins and needles when corporate visited.

      Not as busy as some but other places I worked.

      Pros

      You might have good coworkers. Could earn you extra cash if you already have a good job. You will not get full time so expect part time hours.

      Cons

      Will promise full time, you will NEVER get full time hours. This company has started opening and then closing stores within a year BEWARE!!!!!! You will be left with no job and NO NOTICE!!!! The Mount Pleasant employees were told at 3PM on a SUNDAY that they no longer had jobs and the store was closing. They did this in Lansing too. VERY VERY sketchy company! Very shady!!!! Store was only open 11 months and had 3 DIFFERENT STORE MANAGERS!!! When someone starts to sniff them out, they let them go!!! Human Resources is a joke, will not listen to valid concerns regarding discrimination!!!!! The state didn’t even want to give the owner a cannabis license because of past legal issues!!!! This place is scary, it’s dangerous, they are doing something VERY sketchy here!!! Please do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
