Top tier company that rewards hard work and client service. The majority of their leadership are high performing women who serve as mentors to the team. Leadership actually cares about their employees well being and career development, which is very different from my previous employer. It’s a high growth firm, lots of opportunities for advancement, but not cut throat. They reward individual performance but not at the expense of teamwork. My account has team members located through out the country but we work so ‘close’ to each other that I consider them fiends, not just coworkers.
