LevelUp is a fantastic company to work for. I feel supported by my direct leader at all times and always know what is expected of me and how I will accomplish the goals I have. I can easily access my leader/leadership for questions I have. The work/life balance is great, and I have true autonomy to manage my workload and drive results. I have never felt micromanaged. This is one of the only places in recruitment where I have felt truly valued for my work and where I receive positive and encouraging feedback frequently from Sr. leadership. LevelUp also has so many great cutting-edge tools to give their recruiters an advantage in this tough market. I can't say enough good things about my experience working here. LevelUp is a place you're proud to work for.
