Pros
LevelUp is a small company that offers a lot of learning opportunities at all levels. Whilst they tend to hire experienced recruiters, the change in different client sites allows you to experience different best practices and enter each place of work with new ideas. Everyone knows each other and there is always someone to call if you are stuck with something or need a different opinion on how to solve a problem. As far as client sites go, you are put on a client site where your skills are best suited so that you can hit the ground running and be set up for success. This obviously is also a benefit to our clients who want to engage us. As a small company LevelUp has access to quite a few different technologies and so if you spot a need for something there is easy access to the CEO to get this approved (as long as you have a need of course!). Overall, a great place to learn, celebrate wins (big and small) and really make something of yourself in a company that is growing.. fast!

Sometimes there is a lack of organization and that will need to change as the company grows bigger.
