- Multiple business lines at a small, young company make it hard to know what to focus on, develop the necessary subject matter expertise and prioritize appropriately. - Some positions require working in an office part-time, if that's a deal-breaker for you. - Compensation is industry benchmarked at 50th percentile, I think. So you're not going to get an astronomical salary working here.
