1. You get to play the escape rooms for free on weekdays.
2. Lower management is amazing and will ensure that guests and staff has a great time.
3. Work at a craft bar and learn recipes and skills for upscale bartending.
Cons
1. Pay is terrible due to pooled tips with all staff for the ENTIRE DAY. The amount of work and cleaning that bartenders have to go through does not equate the BI-weekly pay. Additionally, you are not allowed to see the tip breakdown.
2. Upper management in Food and Beverage is disorganized and DOES NOT CARE about the life of their employees. This is ironic considering that the company promotes their employees to have as much of a good time as the guests.
3. They create false promises and forget that they did agreed to it. SO documenting is key if you decide to work for them. Ensure that conversations are done through the email or app.
4. Terrible hours. (No proper mids or closers)
5. The bar is not efficient ( there is only one dishwasher at the bar where guests exceed 1500 + a day).
