A fantastic small start-up with incredible global reach given extremely small staff. There is plenty of room for growth within this exceptionally innovative educational company.

The small size of this start up has not allowed for much stability.

* Level Up Village is a start-up, so if you like a start-up atmosphere where you might have to deal with multiple jobs, it is a right fit for you. * The people running the place are pretty reasonable and appreciate employees based primarily on their merits first. * The CEO is a really nice person.

* Dealing with the costs of starting the company can cause limitations. * Like any company dealing with education, work isn't evenly spread out over the year. The summer is when they re-tool and it can get very busy.
