Pros

I've been here for around six years; the compensation is always paid on time, and the stability is good. There is no large barrier between management and employees, and the owner is personable. The support team is always there to help you when you're having trouble with a client. If you can prove yourself, there are prospects for growth. Through trainings like GHL, Facebook Ads, and other practical skills, they make an investment in their education. It is simple to voice problems when there are weekly check-ins with the owner and other leadership. Flexible scheduling for VAs and clear hours for full-time employees in a remote-friendly environment. People on the team are friendly and easy to work with, and the culture is collaborative.

Cons

Other than wanting the benefits extended beyond HMO, I honestly can't think of anything significant. Some client situations can be tough, but you’re fully supported — from management down to the VA team.

Some processes can be slow at times, and a few tasks could be more organized.

Pros

* Fair salary. Honestly, way better than what a bunch of other companies are offering. * The team’s got your back with their support and willingness to collaborate. * Management is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about you and your growth. * You get to learn with their paid courses and weekly access to mentoring sessions on different niches like GHL, Facebook Ads, etc. * Every week, you get face time with the higher-ups, even the owner, Joe Rare, to address client or work issues. * Remote-friendly with fixed hours for full-time and flexible schedules for VAs.

Cons

* Work is sometimes fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and be on your toes every shift. * Dealing with clients can be challenging, but support is always available.
