Pros

Working with Level 9 Virtual has been a rewarding experience as I have consistent and stable work. The team treats everyone like family, having a supportive environment. They excel at matching your specific skills with the right clients, ensuring a seamless fit for long-term success. They also offer part time roles or project based support, so you can choose which one fits you best. Beyond daily tasks, they prioritize career growth, providing advanced learning materials to advance professionally and upgrade your skills.

Cons

Health reimbursement only begins after six months and a minimum of work hours is required monthly, earlier access or case-by-case consideration for new hires who needs it would be a great improvement. Holiday pays are only offered for FT or PT, consideration for POD VAs would also be a great improvement.

Pros

* Fair salary. Honestly, way better than what a bunch of other companies are offering. * The team’s got your back with their support and willingness to collaborate. * Management is approachable, hands-on, and genuinely cares about you and your growth. * You get to learn with their paid courses and weekly access to mentoring sessions on different niches like GHL, Facebook Ads, etc. * Every week, you get face time with the higher-ups, even the owner, Joe Rare, to address client or work issues. * Remote-friendly with fixed hours for full-time and flexible schedules for VAs.

Cons

* Work is sometimes fast-paced, so you need to stay organized and be on your toes every shift. * Dealing with clients can be challenging, but support is always available.
