Pros

Great team atmosphere, lots of great experience to learn from, fun projects. I really enjoyed how the management team was down to earth, very open and very willing to help.

Cons

Not too many downsides, overall a really great experience working at Level 11. Management did a great job.

Thank you for the recognition of our leadership. Our team has grown a lot over the past year both in people and capabilities. Although we have almost doubled in size over the last year, our organization has maintained its flat structure. This is important for Level 11 as we have grown into a highly collaborative Experience Design Engineering Firm and fosters less bureaucracy and more open communication. We are growing quickly and will be posting multiple open positions in the coming week.

Pros

- You will Learn a lot - Solid Benefits and perks - Solid Snacks - Flexible hours

Cons

- You will Learn a lot, but have no guidance. No code review standards. If you are a experienced senior engineer this might be ideal, but your underlings will suffer while they grind out the details on the bottom half. - It's like a fraternity. From top down, there is a huge issue with nepotism. Unqualified family and friends will be hired and will consistently under perform. Being a consulting business that it is, when business hits a low and they need to cut resources they will cut solid performers and keep the family/friends. The last wave they cut two employees on maternity/paternity leave before the low value inner circle members. - Roller coaster budget - The office was expanded and remodeled to signal growth but we immediately went into defcon 1 and removed 25% of the employees. The business needs some sort of stability, but I don't believe we have that.
