      Great people, very structured, worthy work for a good cause. I really enjoyed working with everyone on my project.

      Cons

      Your experience will only really be as good as the PM leading your team, so in that sense, it can be a hit or miss.

      Pros

      Job is stable, most people are professional and friendly. It is a relaxed environment most of the time

      Cons

      A lot to be desired in planning. Even with money and emergencies they still don't commit to improve systems and hire necessary people. Lack of vision.
